Mexico Residency 2026

July 1 – August 5, 2026


A month-long photography residency through Mexico, created for couples, families, artists, and storytellers who feel connected to culture, place, intimacy, and honest documentation.

This residency is an opportunity to be photographed in some of the most visually rich and emotionally layered cities in Mexico — without the added cost of travel fees.

For this limited season, I will be based throughout Mexico and accepting a select number of sessions, intimate weddings, elopements, micro weddings, and couples sessions in each city.

"A Mis Raíces, Con Amor"

This residency reflects the room I was raised in.
It lived in the music my grandparents played, in the sound of Pedro Infantes voice moving through the house, in my grandmother’s closet filled with dresses in every color, mimicking the colors of her memory.
So much of what inspires me now traces back to home.
This residency is to honor what came before me, to feel close to home again, and to create from a place that has always been true.

How It works

1. Choose Your City


Explore the residency locations and choose the city that feels most connected to the story you want documented.

2. Submit Inquiry


Send in your preferred city, date range, and session type through the inquiry form.

3. Begin the Curation Process


Once your date is confirmed, I will begin creating a custom direction for your session.

This includes hands-on planning, location suggestions, visual references, moodboard guidance, styling direction, and an overall creative approach tailored to you and the city you choose.

4. Meet Me in Mexico


With the creative direction already in place, all you have to do is arrive and be present.

I will guide the session with an intentional mix of documentary storytelling and editorial direction, allowing the experience to feel natural, personal, and fully curated.

July 2 - July 6


For the client drawn to movement, architecture, art, and the feeling of a city that is constantly alive.

Mexico City offers a beautiful mix of historic spaces, modern design, quiet neighborhood corners, museums, parks, cafés, and everyday street life. It is ideal for couples sessions, editorial portraits, intimate weddings, and documentary-style storytelling with a strong city atmosphere.

This location is best for those wanting something layered, cultured, and cinematic — with a balance of elegance and real life.

Guanajuato City

July 8 - July 13


For the client drawn to color, history, winding streets, old-world architecture, and romance.

Guanajuato feels intimate, textured, and deeply visual. Its narrow alleyways, colorful buildings, plazas, tunnels, and hillside views create a setting that feels both cinematic and personal.

This location is ideal for couples, engagements, elopements, bridals, or anyone wanting imagery that feels warm, nostalgic, and rooted in Mexican culture.

San Miguel de ALLENDE

July 15 - July 19


For the client drawn to romance, softness, architecture, and an elevated old-world feel.

San Miguel de Allende offers warm tones, historic streets, courtyards, doors, rooftops, churches, and quiet corners that feel timeless. It carries a strong sense of place while still feeling refined and intimate.

This location is ideal for intimate weddings, elopements, couples sessions, and editorial bridal portraits.


Mérida, Yucatán

July 21 - July 26


For the client drawn to warmth, colonial architecture, color, history, and a slower, more romantic pace.

Mérida offers pastel streets, historic homes, old doors, plazas, tropical light, and a strong sense of place. It feels elegant without being overly polished, making it a beautiful option for intimate portraits, couples sessions, and wedding storytelling.

This location is ideal for those wanting something warm, serene, and quietly cinematic.

Oaxaca City

July 28 - August 2


For the client drawn to earth, food, art, tradition, texture, and everyday beauty.

Oaxaca feels deeply connected to craft, culture, color, and rhythm. Its markets, streets, architecture, food, textiles, and surrounding landscapes create a grounded and soulful environment for documentary-style imagery.

This location is ideal for couples, families, artists, intimate weddings, and sessions that feel cultural, personal, and story-driven.
