At Sebastian Isaac Photography, we are committed to providing a professional, personalized, and artistically fulfilling experience. Please review the following policies prior to booking.

1. Creative Style & Editing Agreement

By booking a session with Sebastian Isaac Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the editing style, creative approach, and artistic direction reflected in our current portfolio. It is the client’s responsibility to review our work and ensure they are comfortable with our style before confirming a session.

All final images are delivered in the editing style consistent with Sebastian’s work. Sessions will not be re-shot or re-edited solely due to dissatisfaction with the editing style.

Clients also agree to grant full creative direction to Sebastian during the session. While collaboration is welcome, excessive attempts to control the shoot may impact the final results and lead to a product that does not align with the quality of work shown in our portfolio.

2. Refund Policy

Sebastian Isaac Photography does not offer refunds once a deposit has been made. Submission of a deposit — with or without a signed contract — serves as confirmation that you accept these terms and conditions.

A full refund will only be granted in the rare case that Sebastian must cancel or reschedule your session for personal reasons. In that case, clients may opt for a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be credited toward a future session, valid for up to 12 monthsfrom the original booking date.

Mini-Session Policy:

Credits from mini-sessions may be rolled over up to three times. After the third reschedule, the credit will become void and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Client Cancellations: Clients may reschedule once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit will carry over to the new date.
Photographer Cancellations: If Sebastian must cancel for personal reasons, you will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no cost.

4. Timeframe & Turnaround

A mini-album will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours after the photoshoot. This preview album provides a curated selection of photos that represent the variety and essence of your session.
It ensures clients have access to high-quality images for deadlines, social media posts, announcements, or other immediate needs. This guarantees that an album is never late and that you have usable images shortly after your shoot.
The full gallery will be completed based on the type and style of shoot, as well as seasonal demand.
Turnaround times typically range from:
4 to 6 weeks (minimum)
4 to 9 weeks (maximum)
For weddings and large-scale events, final delivery may range between 7-11 months, depending on the volume of photos and seasonal workload.
Clients will still receive a mini-album promptly and the full gallery will be uploaded incrementally during the editing process to ensure cohesiveness and up to quality images.

Please note:

Turnaround times are clearly communicated in advance. Therefore, dissatisfaction with the delivery schedule — once these expectations have been established — is not a valid reason for cancellation or refund.

Payment Methods & Compliance

Sebastian Isaac Photography accepts the following forms of payment for all sessions and products:

Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

Secure Online Payments via payment processors such as Stripe, Square, or PayPal (if applicable)

Cash or Zelle (for select sessions or local bookings — subject to prior agreement)

By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined in our Fulfillment Policy and acknowledge that deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
