The Year in Portraits
A limited offering for the ones who value storytelling through every season.
This annual membership invites you to document your year with intention , up to four sessions thoughtfully spread throughout 2026, curated to reflect your evolving story.
Membership Details:
Phase 1 membership:
Investment: $1,000 — paid in full at booking
Availability: Limited to 10 memberships each phase
- 4 portrait sessions throughout 2026
- Each session includes my exclusive Opal Package — a 30-minute session at one location
- Full digital gallery with high-resolution downloads
- Personalized online album access for each session
- First Two Sessions: must take place between January and June 2026
- Final Two Sessions: must take place between July and December 2026
Phased Membership Options (2026
Same experience. Same guidelines. Different entry points.
Each phase offers access to the Year in Portraits membership based on availability in the calendar year. All memberships follow the same creative direction, policies, and regulations , only the number of sessions varies depending on when you join.
PHASE 2 Membership:
Perfect for those stepping in early and wanting multiple chapters documented through the year.
Investment: $1,000 flat rate
Booking window: January 1 – April 1
Availability: 10 memberships
Includes:
- 3 portrait sessions
- One curated location per session
- Full digital galleries
- Editorial-style storytelling approach
Phase 3 MembershiP:
Ideal for clients joining mid-year who still want a multi-moment story.
Investment: $1,000 flat rate
Booking window: April 1 – September 1
Availability: 10 memberships
Includes:
- 2 portrait sessions
- One curated location per session
- Full digital galleries
- Same cinematic, documentary experience
Phase 4 Membership:
This is your late-year entry point — one intentional session to close out the year.
Investment: $1,000 flat rate
Booking window: September 1 – December 1
Availability: 10 memberships
Includes:
- 1 portrait session
- Can be used for any session type
(individual, couple, engagement, etc.)
- Full digital gallery
- Same creative direction and membership regulations
Membership Details:
- Sessions must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance
- One rebooking per session is permitted with a minimum 7-day notice
- Missed sessions or late cancellations will result in a forfeited session
Membership Terms:
This membership applies to one household/brand or individual and cannot be transferred, gifted, or shared between multiple families or within the same family. Sessions may be used for milestones (maternity, engagement, family, or personal portraits,) but cannot extend to additional family groupings such parents, in-laws, cousins, friends, or coworkers.
Minor changes, such as adding a newborn within the same household, are welcome.
Travel:
Travel up to 60 miles from San Antonio, TX is included.
Locations beyond that radius will incur a travel fee of $0.50 per mile, round-trip.
Payment & BookinG:
$1,000 due in full at time of booking — non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment secures all four sessions for the 2026 calendar year.
Once purchased, you’ll receive a scheduling link to reserve your first two sessions (January–June).
Remaining sessions (July–December) will be scheduled mid-year.
Rush Gallery:
Standard gallery delivery: 4-6 weeks after each session.
48-hour Rush Delivery (additional fee applies)
This ensures priority editing and full gallery delivery within two business days.
- Rush requests must be made at the time of booking the session.
Optional Add-Ons:
- Upgrade one of your sessions to an editorial or travel experience (additional fee applies)
- Priority access to seasonal mini sessions, mini sessions @ $100 instead of $175
Availability:
Only 10 memberships will be released for each Phase in 2026.
Once filled, this offering closes until the following year.
