Fulfillment Policy & Membership Agreement

“A year guided by intention — four chapters, one story.”

Welcome to The Year in Portraits — a limited offering curated by Sebastian Isaac Photography to document the unfolding story of your year through four thoughtfully guided sessions.

This membership was designed for those who believe in the art of slow storytelling — for families, individuals, and creatives who wish to reflect growth, legacy, and beauty through every season.

By joining this membership, you’re securing not only your sessions but your place in a limited, intentional experience that only ten members will share throughout each phase. Submission of payment confirms your enrollment and agreement to the following fulfillment terms. No physical signature is required.


1. Overview

The Year in Portraits Membership is a curated photography program designed to document your evolving story with up to four thoughtfully guided portrait sessions throughout the 2026 calendar year. (Depending on the phase in which you enroll)

Each membership includes the Opal Package experience and exclusive access to limited scheduling and styling guidance.

2. Payment & Enrollment

  • Total investment: $1,000 USD (flat rate)
  • Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Enrollment is complete once payment is submitted.
  • Only 10 memberships are available for each Phase in 2026. Once filled, no additional memberships will be offered.
  • This membership cannot be applied to existing booked sessions or weddings. All previously booked shoots remain under their original terms.

3. Session Details

  • Includes up to four (4) portrait sessions during the 2026 calendar year. (Depending on which phase you enroll in)
  • Each session consists of one 30-minute shoot at a single location, curated and directed by Sebastian Isaac Photography.
  • Every session includes a full digital gallery of high-resolution, artistically edited images.
  • Sessions may feature individual, couple, or immediate family portraits belonging to one household or business.

4. Household / Business Eligibility

This membership applies to one household or one business entity only.

Examples include:

  • One individual and their immediate family living in the same home.
  • A couple documenting their shared story throughout the year.
  • A small business (e.g., boutique, studio, or brand) wishing to capture quarterly content or team imagery applies solely to business and not available to incorporate sessions outside of that jurisdiction.

Memberships cannot be shared, split, or transferred between unrelated households, family branches, or separate businesses.

Minor changes—such as the addition of a newborn, pet, or new team member within the same household or business—are permitted.

5. Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Members in Phase 1 must schedule their first two sessions between January–June 2026 and final two between July–December 2026.
  • Sessions for all Phases must be booked at least three (3) weeks in advance.
  • One (1) reschedule per session is allowed with at least seven (7) days’ notice.
  • Missed or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of that session without refund.
  • In cases of severe weather, illness, or emergency, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternate date as availability allows.

6. Travel & Locations

  • Travel within 60 miles of San Antonio, Texas is included.
  • Locations exceeding this range incur a $0.50 per mile round-trip fee.
  • Any required permits, parking fees, venue rentals, or entry costs are the Member’s responsibility.

7. Creative Direction

All sessions are captured in the distinct artistic style of Sebastian Isaac Photography.

The Photographer retains full creative discretion over posing, lighting, editing, and final image selection.

Raw or unedited files are not provided under any circumstance.

8. Gallery Delivery & Rush Option

  • Standard delivery: 3–4 weeks from session date.
  • Optional 48-hour Rush Delivery available for $150 per gallery, payable at booking.
  • Rush delivery ensures prioritized editing and delivery within two business days.

9. Liability

The Photographer is not liable for loss or damage to images due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., equipment failure, natural disaster, or unforeseen events).

In such instances, every reasonable effort will be made to reshoot or restore.

10. Agreement

By purchasing The Year in Portraits — 2026 Membership, the client affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this fulfillment policy.

This policy constitutes a binding verbal agreement between the client and Sebastian Isaac Photography.
